Biography
Dr. Ilyas Jat is a Karachi-based Consultant Psychiatrist and Child Psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience. Trained in leading institutions across Pakistan, he has spent his career serving patients from every walk of life — with particular focus on adult mental health and the unique needs of children and adolescents.
Qualifications
- MBBS — Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
- FCPS Psychiatry — Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons
- Diploma in Child Psychiatry
- Member, Pakistan Psychiatric Society
Professional Experience
Twenty years of consultant-level practice across public hospitals, private clinics and community programmes. He has treated more than 12,500 patients and mentored the next generation of psychiatrists through teaching engagements.
